Buying business software in NigeriaHow licensing works here, and what to watch for
Paying in naira, not dollars
Buying Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace directly means a card that works internationally and a bill that moves with the exchange rate. Through a Nigerian reseller you pay a fixed naira price by bank transfer, get an invoice your finance team can file, and never think about a dollar card again. That is the whole reason resellers exist in this market.
Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace?
If your team lives in Excel, works with heavy documents, or your clients send you Word files with tracked changes, take Microsoft 365 and get the desktop apps. If your team is younger, works in a browser, and cares more about sharing than formatting, Google Workspace is cheaper and simpler to run. Most Lagos businesses we set up land on Microsoft 365 Business Standard or Workspace Business Standard, and either is a sound choice.
The cheap account problem
You will find Adobe and Microsoft accounts on Instagram for a fraction of these prices. Those are usually shared logins or education licences sold on, and they get suspended. When that happens your email stops, your files go with it, and the seller stops replying. A licence in your own tenant, under your own domain, with you as administrator, cannot be taken from you by anyone but the vendor.
What setup actually involves
Connecting your domain, publishing the DNS records, creating mailboxes, and moving old mail across from cPanel, Zoho or Gmail. We do not ask for your password. We issue an initial password for each new account, which the user must change. Domain authorisation requests are initiated by us and approved by you or your IT team.
Delivery, refunds, renewals and privacyThe practical rules before and after you order
Fulfilment
Fulfilment begins after payment has cleared, you have confirmed the requirements, and we have received the information or approvals needed for the work. Most straightforward orders are completed within 24 hours. Complex migrations receive a separate schedule.
If information or a domain approval is outstanding, the order is paused until it is supplied. We do not ask for existing passwords. We create new accounts with an initial password that the user must change, initiate domain authorisation requests for your approval, and work with your IT or support team throughout.
Refunds and cancellations
You receive a full refund if you cancel before fulfilment begins. After fulfilment begins, a cancellation refund may be reduced only by documented, non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred for your confirmed order and disclosed to you.
If missing information or approvals prevent us from continuing, we will pause the order and contact you. If 25IDX cannot fulfil the confirmed order, you receive a full refund. These terms do not limit any rights you have where a service is defective, misdescribed or not supplied.
Renewals
We send a reminder one month before expiry. For manual renewals, you must approve the renewal and settle the invoice before the due date. Nothing renews automatically unless you separately authorise a recurring payment mandate.
When recurring Paystack payments become available, we will show the amount and frequency before authorisation and provide a way to cancel the mandate.
Privacy and consent notice

What this website collects. Your quote selections stay in your browser and are not sent to 25IDX until you choose WhatsApp or email. If you contact us, we may receive your name, contact details, company, domain, requested products, billing details, payment reference and support communications. We do not ask for existing passwords.
Why we use it. We use information to prepare quotes, provide and support subscriptions, issue invoices and receipts, meet legal obligations, prevent abuse, and respond to requests. Optional anonymous interaction analytics are used only after consent.
Who may process it. Relevant service providers may include Cloudflare, your chosen email or messaging provider, Microsoft, Google, Adobe, Avast, payment providers such as Paystack when enabled, and professional advisers or regulators where required. Some providers may process data outside Nigeria under their own safeguards.
How long we keep it.
- Uncompleted enquiries and quotes: 12 months after the last contact.
- Customer and support records: throughout the service and for 24 months afterwards.
- Invoices, receipts, payment and accounting records: at least six years.
- Initial passwords: issued for first sign-in and intended to be changed by the user. Existing customer passwords are not requested.
- Privacy preference: stored in your browser until you change it or clear browser storage.
Your choices and rights. You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or withdrawal of consent where applicable. You may also complain to the Nigeria Data Protection Commission. We do not make decisions about you solely by automated means.

Are the licences genuine?
Yes. Licences are provisioned in your own Microsoft tenant, Google Workspace account or Adobe account. You remain the administrator. We do not sell shared logins.
Is 25IDX a registered company?
Yes. 25IDX Limited is registered in Nigeria under RC 1516196 and has traded since 2018. We do not publish incorporation documents because they contain information that does not need to be exposed publicly. Corporate buyers may request supporting documents during onboarding.
How long does activation take?
Most straightforward orders are completed within 24 hours after cleared payment, confirmed requirements and all required information or access. Complex migrations receive a separate schedule.
Will you need my password?
No. We create new accounts with an initial password that the user must change. For domain work, we initiate the authorisation request and you or your IT team approves it.
Do you issue an invoice and receipt?
Every order gets an invoice in your company name before payment and a receipt after payment. Pro forma and letterheaded quotations are available on request.
How do I pay?
Bank transfer to our corporate account. Account details are supplied on the invoice. Everything is billed in naira, so you do not need a dollar card.
What happens when the subscription expires?
We send a reminder one month before expiry. For a manual renewal, you approve the renewal and settle the invoice. Automatic renewal will only begin after you separately authorise a recurring payment mandate.
When is support available?
