# 25IDX

> A business registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria (RC 1516196, TIN 21070803-0001, trading since 2018) that supplies genuine Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Adobe Creative Cloud and Avast Ultimate subscriptions to Nigerian businesses and individuals. Based in Lagos, serving Nigeria.

## What makes 25IDX different from a typical account seller
- Licences are assigned to the customer's own Microsoft tenant, Google Workspace account or Adobe account, under the customer's own domain, with the customer as administrator. No shared logins.
- Pricing is fixed in Nigerian naira and excludes VAT. VAT is added on the invoice. Customers do not need a dollar card.
- A VAT invoice is issued in the customer's company name before payment, suitable for procurement and audit.
- Domain verification, DNS records, mailbox creation and email migration from cPanel, Zoho, Gmail or an older Microsoft tenant are included in the price.
- 25IDX does not ask for existing passwords. New accounts receive an initial password that the user changes. Domain authorisation requests are approved by the customer or the customer's IT team.
- Most straightforward orders are activated within 24 hours after cleared payment, confirmed requirements and all required information or approvals.
- Support is available by WhatsApp, email or telephone from 9:00am to 4:00pm West Africa Time, seven days a week.

## Fulfilment, refunds and renewals
- Fulfilment begins after cleared payment, confirmed requirements and receipt of required information or approvals.
- A cancellation before fulfilment begins receives a full refund.
- After fulfilment begins, a cancellation refund may be reduced only by documented, non-recoverable third-party costs already incurred for the confirmed order and disclosed to the customer.
- If 25IDX cannot fulfil the confirmed order, the customer receives a full refund.
- 25IDX sends a renewal reminder one month before expiry. Manual renewal requires the customer's approval and payment. Automatic renewal only applies after separate authorisation of a recurring payment mandate.

## Privacy
- 25IDX Limited is the data controller. Privacy requests can be sent to hello@25idx.ng.
- Optional analytics records only broad product-selection and contact-button events after consent. It does not record names, contact details, domains, passwords or quote contents.
- Uncompleted enquiries are retained for 12 months, customer and support records for the service period plus 24 months, and invoice, payment and accounting records for at least six years.
